The management of iron printing equipment is not only the basis of the production organization structure of the enterprise, but also the guarantee of the normal production and operation of the enterprise. 1. Set the machine and people. Considering that the iron printing equipment is imported and operates continuously in three shifts 24 hours a day. We will organize one mechanic and one electrician for assessment, and each group will manage two production lines. For prepress equipment and central air conditioning, the electrical engineer shall concurrently serve as the equipment technician, and the maintenance foreman shall also serve as the equipment technician for other auxiliary equipment

2. Strengthen the assessment of equipment failure downtime. The assessment scope of equipment failure downtime refers to the downtime of the production line and cot failure caused by equipment personnel's lack of heart and within the scope of skills. 30% of the total downtime of each team is shared by two people, and the remaining 70% is borne by individuals. The purpose of this is to avoid the failure of equipment management due to different professional skills and the phenomenon of mutual reasoning and pulling assumptions that non-standard sample skins should be made. After fault shutdown and troubleshooting, the equipment technician shall fill in the equipment maintenance report in time. The contents of the maintenance report include the cause or phenomenon of the failure, the maintenance process and the spare parts used. The Equipment Engineer shall input the contents of the equipment maintenance report into the computer as the basis for monthly and annual equipment condition analysis and the assessment of the maintenance level of the equipment personnel

3. Strengthen the collection of equipment defects. During the inspection of the equipment, the equipment personnel shall report the faults and hidden dangers that cannot be solved immediately to the equipment engineer. The Equipment Engineer shall enter the hidden dangers and faults of the equipment into the equipment defect table in time. The purpose is to dynamically grasp the operation status of the equipment as much as possible

4. Strengthen equipment maintenance and supervision. The equipment personnel and production line employees shall carry out daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of the equipment in strict accordance with the equipment maintenance card. The equipment technician shall supervise and guide the equipment maintenance of the production line staff, and the Equipment Engineer shall supervise and guide the equipment maintenance of the equipment technician. For the problems found in the maintenance process, the Equipment Engineer shall revise and improve the equipment maintenance card in time. For the unqualified maintenance items, publish the frequently used experimental equipment in a timely manner, criticize and urge people to correct them as soon as possible

5. Check and repair regularly according to the situation. The equipment engineer puts forward the maintenance plan according to the equipment defect table. In principle, each production line has 8 hours of downtime for maintenance every month. In addition, use the off-season production to do a good job of equipment overhaul

6. Strengthen equipment transformation. For many years, the printing industry has been dominated by imported equipment. The industry has a better understanding of foreign technological development, but it should also pay attention to the new requirements of the market for technology and new changes in the market at any time. In recent years, the international printing technology has developed rapidly, and the speed of domestic enterprises' technological upgrading has also increased significantly. They should occupy a favorable position in the market competition, so they should maintain the progressiveness of the technology within the effective service life of the equipment. According to the changes of the market, the equipment should be reformed in time to maximize the service life of the equipment and create greater economic benefits

7. Strengthen spare parts management. Our equipment is imported, which puts forward high requirements for the management of spare parts. Due to the high price of imported spare parts, our principle is to localize some imported spare parts as much as possible on the premise that they can meet the production requirements, except for some key spare parts. This can not only reduce costs, but also cultivate talents. In production, the damage of other parts of imported equipment is inevitable, but because the material, process and technical parameters are not very clear, it is very difficult to repair. Generally, only original accessories can be ordered. Over the years, we have adhered to the technical policy of using domestic technology and materials to solve the supporting problems of imported equipment parts after bold experiments and analyzing its functions and principles, and achieved a better effective sampling frequency of 200Hz, saving a lot of money

8. Strengthen the skill training of employees. The technical level of employees directly affects the exertion of equipment advantages and the business benefits of enterprises. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to give full play to the advantages of equipment, it must pay attention to staff training, so that employees are familiar with the structure, performance, principle, use and maintenance methods of equipment. Give full play to the production capacity of the equipment and meet the requirements of advanced technology of new equipment. Through technical training, improve the maintenance and operation ability, improve the product quality, and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise. Arrange internal training, external training and even overseas training on a regular or irregular basis. Previously, the so-called production line that was on the verge of scrap could only run to 2000 pieces of iron per hour, but now it can run to 4000 pieces per hour.
